A workout plan is the entry of a coach or athlete who defines the plan for the day. The plan may include name, description, type of activity, distance or time. It should obligatorily contain at least a type of training. If you do not enter the name, the type of activity will be automatically saved to the name.
Web application - Workout plan
The training plan is added by pressing the "+" button on a specific day on the calendar.
To add a workout plan it is mandatory to give only the type of training. Other fields are optional.
If the name of the training is not entered, the system will automatically enter the name of the activity type.
By entering the type of activity, the system automatically suggests values from the Activity types screen. However, you can enter any type of activity. If you enter something that is not on the list, it will be added to this list. This entry will be considered by default the main type of activity for a given discipline.
On the "tiles" with training and notes on the calendar there is a pop-up menu, which includes options:
- Delete
- Copy - copies training to "clipboard"
- Publish (if this menu refers to the training sketch - only for the trainer)
At the headers with dates there is a menu, which contains options:
Paste - pastes the previously copied workout into the selected day
Insert template - fast way of adding frequently used templates. See more about it here.
Mobile applications - Workout plan
The workout plan can be added from the calendar screen using the context menu at the date and selecting the option "Add training plan".
To add a workout plan it is mandatory to give only the type of training and duration. The rest of the fields is optional.
If the name of the training is not entered, the system will automatically enter the name of the activity type.
You can choose the type of training from the list or enter a new one and press the "Select" button. When adding a plan, the system will automatically add a new type of training that will later be available in the activity types list. This entry will be considered by default the main type of activity for a given discipline.
The coach can save the plan as a draft or publish it immediately.
