Templates are used to add workouts faster. After preparing the templates, they are available on the "Templates" subpage. They are grouped there by activity types. For your convenience, you can change the order of the templates within group (just as you can change the order of the activity types where they are available for editing).


Templates are available for each user type, that is, both the coach and the athlete can have their own templates. They are only available for the user who created them.


Each template contains exactly the same data as the training plan. Only the name is obligatory to enter.


Web page


You can use the template on the calendar screen by clicking on three dots next to the name of the day. A context menu with options will appear. Select the "Insert template" option and then select a template. If you are a coach, the workout inserted from the template will be a draft. In case of a athlete, the training will be published immediately.


It is also possible to create a template from a selected workout. Just select the workout from the calendar, click in the menu of this workout and choose "Save as template" from the context menu.


Android app


You can use the template on the calendar screen by clicking the + button on the selected day and selecting "Insert template". It is also possible on the add or edit workout plan screen. Then click the green icon in the upper right corner.


It is also possible to create a template from a selected workout. Just select the workout from the calendar, click in the menu of this workout and choose "Save as template" from the context menu.

The iOS application does not yet provide template feature.
