This screen contains Activity types which are available to select when planning a workout.


You can add description to new activity type, but it is not mandatory.


Choosing if activity type is "Main" ("Main activity in discipline") is important for the summaries and statistics.

Main activities are usually running workouts which will be counted to the distance and duration of running in the statistics. Other workouts are supplemental workouts, such as: strength training, core training, swiming etc.


It is possible to automatically add training types to this list when adding a workout plan for a given day. You can just enter the name of the activity you want to add when adding new training plan. It will automatically become main activity in discipline. You can always change it in Activity types screen.



This screen also allows you to change order of your activity types. This will affect the order of activity types in weekly summaries.


Types of activities added by athletes are only available when adding the plans or training by athletes, they do not mix with the types of activity of the Coach. However, if they have the same name as the coach's activity, they appear in the statistics under one heading.


Mobile applications - moving and deleting activity types


In the Android app changing the order is possible by moving the row of the given type of activity.


In the iOS mobile application, before changing the order, press the button in the upper right corner (arrows). After pressing it, a button will appear in each row, which will allow you to move the row. (Important: this button only allows you to move up and down, in this mode it is not possible to move the row to the side to delete the type of activity). After completing your changes, confirm them with the button in the upper right corner.


It is possible to delete the type of training by moving the row with the type of activity to the left. In an iOS application, this is done without the reorder mode enabled.
